Inflicted Product After Delivery:
Step 1- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@kretanova.com including pictures of the damaged product and your order ID.
Step 2- We will get back to you within 48 hours of working hours.
Step 3 – After receipt of the approval, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of the item.
Step 4 – In some areas, if the reverse pick-up is not applicable, we would assist you in the work-around alternative.
Step 5 – As soon as the item is pick-up from the customer, we will ship the replacement item (if in stock) or process a refund to the customer.
Missing or Wrong Items Delivered:
Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery to info@kretanova.com along with your order ID, a video of unboxing in case of missing items, and pictures of incorrect items.
Step 2: We will look into your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3: If approved, we will ship the missing/correct items without delay.
Don’t Like the Product:
If you are not happy with your purchase from Kretanova for whatever reason:
• You can courier back the merchandise for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Not having original packaging, mono cartons, labels, etc
• Return/replacement after 7 days from the date of delivery
Order Cancellation:
The order can be canceled only if it is unfilled. A canceled order cannot be made once Fulfilled.
